• Register a business profile or subscribe to a membership

This may include your name, email, phone, address or suburb, business details, and payment information (processed by our payment provider — we do not store card details).

• To provide quotes, services and customer support
• To match customers with suitable tradies in our network
• To process payments and manage memberships
• To send service updates, transactional emails and (with consent) marketing
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations

Sharing your information

We share your details with the tradies or businesses required to deliver the service you've requested, and with trusted service providers (hosting, email delivery, payments) who help us run the platform. We do not sell your personal information.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide our services or meet legal obligations.
